Full written priority based report suggesting solutions to any barriers to accessibility. Access Reports are available in English, Welsh, large print or on CD / audio-tape.
** Staff Training
*In house training of customer facing staff and management, giving instruction in requirements of DDA relevant to their position.
** Training to provide effective service appropriate to the needs of disabled service users.
